Interlock mats will only be used indoors, JAG Bouncy castles staff will assess outdoors useage, if staff feels mats can get damaged or dirty, staff has the rights to take mats away, a ground sheet will be used instead.
Assembly time for this soft play package is 15-25 minutes (please allow for this time when booking)
Please allow easy access to the area the soft play package will be set up.
We also hold the right to subsitute any items in the picture.
Soft play toys are cleaned (hire wear is not dirty)
We have full public liability insurance (£5,000,000) we welcome requests to see our documents.
We also cover our staff for insurance (£10,000,000).
