We booked Bouncy Castles from East Midlands Inflatables for our son's birthday party, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. The online ordering process was straightforward, making it easy to secure our booking. On the day, the team gave us a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival to confirm they were on their way, which was a great touch. The lads who delivered and set up the bouncy castle were incredibly friendly and made sure everything was positioned exactly where we wanted. They arrived right on time, and returned to pick everything up. Excellent service, great communication, and a stress-free experience—highly recommend!
