Ordered a Bouncy Castle, What happens next?

DELIVERY

  1. On the day we will communicate with the person hiring to ensure a satisfactory delivery and keep the person hiring up to date.
  2. On delivery a disclaimer and agreement form will be given to person hiring to read and sign. A copy will be given to both person hiring and delivery person.
  3. Once signed and explained about health and safety issues and procedures the person hiring will be given a receipt or invoice depending on payment method. Thank You! Booking Complete for acceptable payment methods)
  4. An acceptable route to the planned space for the asset will be discussed.
  5. All assets agreed will then be professionally delivered and inflated if applicable.
  6. All agreed assets will be secured safely if applicable
  7. Persons hiring will be given a quick run down of how to use correctly (See disclaimer for details)
  8. Deliveries are usually between 7 am - 12 noon, customer times are preferable our delivery team go by route but will try our best to accommodate chosen times later delivery times are also accepted but collection times will begin from 630pm onwards. (Delivery and collection route is to our discretion for the easiest route)

Please allow 20 minutes for the Inflatables to be set up, once set up Inflatables take less than 30 seconds to inflate.

COLLECTION

  1. Collection time would have been agreed via booking
  2. Collection begin from 6.30pm if you asked for a day hire and NOT overnight
  3. Collection team will let you know prior to collection time of ETA.
  4. Once arrived collection team will inspect to ensure of any damage
  5. Collection team will proceed to pack up all assets effectively and quickly.
  6. Once finished that will conclude our agreement and business with persons for that day.
