DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Delivery is generally made between 7am and 1230pm. During the summer months collections are between 6pm and 8pm. Times vary during other months due to the lack of daylight hours.

In the busy summer months we deliver and collect on a geographical round basis, however we do try to be as flexible as possible. Generally, first delivered is first collected to ensure everyone has maximum use of their chosen inflatable. If you require specific times, for instance you are hiring a hall, or perhaps a school fete, please ensure you inform us at the time of your booking to ensure that we can accommodate your exact delivery and collection needs.

We offer Free Delivery to a wide area. But please use our online booking facility to see if there is a delivery charge to your area.

On collection ensure that the East Midlands Inflatables team will be the same team who will collect the bouncy castle and equipment. They will know your Booking reference number from your email and will have East Midlands Inflatables uniform on. DUE TO POTENTIAL THEFT, WE DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO COLLECT THE EQUIPMENT ON OUR BEHALF! (You will be fully liable (NEGLIGENCE) for new replacements and costs if the equipment is collected by anyone else except East Midlands Inflatables. BAD WEATHER

Now we know how reliable the weather can be we like to keep a good relationship with customers and in the event of bad weather there will be no charge to cancel if you contact us before we have set up the bouncy castle on the day of your event. If we arrive with your Party Packages Leicester, disco dome, slide or soft play Packages and you change your mind you will be expected to pay. No refunds will be available should the weather change after the item has been delivered and assembled.

REFUSAL
